Our own plant-based meat

For a long time we have been looking for the right plant-based meat, but we have not found anything on the market that would meet the high demands of our restaurant's guests. For this reason, we have created, in cooperation with our sister company Frujo, our own recipe for an excellent vegan meat, which corresponds to the culinary tradition of our hotel Hoffmeister.

Treat yourself to an authentic meat flavor thanks to a unique recipe based on soy, bean and wheat protein and fiber sources. In addition, our plant-based meat is fortified with vitamin C and does not contain palm oil, GMOs as well as sodium glutamate.
