Customer loyalty programme for the guests of the Hoffmeister hotel

We are pleased to offer our new customer loyalty programme to our regular guests.

The idea behind our programme is appreciation of your loyalty to our hotel. The loyalty programme is intended for all current and future guests and it offers various benefits for use of the services provided by Hoffmeister&Spa hotel in future. Our objective is allowing every guest to enjoy our hospitality so that he/she wishes to come again and again.

HH silver loyalty card

Rules and criteria for obtaining HH silver loyalty card:

• Every future guest can acquire this card. Please fill in your registration available from Hoffmeister staff members or contact us at sales@hoffmeister.cz
• Every guest who had at least one accommodation in our hotel.
• Every guest who visited our restaurant or hotel spa.

To acquire HH silver card please fill in our registration.

Loyalty discounts for HH silver loyalty card holders:

• 5 % for accommodation booked on hotel web sites, by mail or phone
• 10 % for hotel restaurant&bar services
• 10 % for Lily wellness&spa services
• 20 % for parking in the underground garage
• Optional use of special seasonal offers only for card holders. These offers will only be sent to the members and include discounts up to 50 % as well as free vouchers for selected hotel service once a year.

HH golden loyalty card

Rules and criteria for obtaining HH golden loyalty card:

• Every guest having at least three accommodations in our hotel
• Every guest visiting our hotel spa or restaurant at least five times in the last year

To receive HH golden card please fill in the registration, unless already filled in at the silver card registration.

Loyalty discounts for HH golden loyalty card holders:

• 10 % for accommodation
• 20 % for hotel restaurant services
• 20 % for Lily wellness&spa services
• 20 % for parking in the underground garage
• Optional use of special seasonal offers only for card holders. These offers will only be sent to the members and include discounts up to 50 % as well as free vouchers for selected hotel service several times in a year.
